i have the same issue , after formatting an PC with win 10 and installing o365 and then after sign in on skype for business i am getting an error server is temporary unavailable , i tried everything till now but still got no clue why i am not able to sign in so after that i have checked windows application logs and then i found the same error that you were getting , but i dont have any third party software installed so what to do on my case?
