Antivirus Security Pro Virus (Trojan.Agent.rfz) Removal Instructions

Monday Morning: Today I visited a customer that was infected with the “Antivirus Security Pro” virus. Our customer was using Windows Intune for antivirus protection on a Windows 7 computer. If you still get this error after the computer restart, see Troubleshoot connecting computers to the server for more information.” Continue reading

Troubleshooting: The AMS360 client was already installed but I decided I would reinstall the client. Didn’t help. Made sure the website was added to the Trusted Sites in Internet Explorer- it was. And as far as I knew all the .Net Framework was installed, since it had been Continue reading

However, these settings will work for those of you who are running older versions of iOS. If you have an Android device click here for instructions.
