Warranty Claim for HTC One Google Play Edition

I purchased a GPE HTC One a couple months ago. Recently I had the unfortunate experience of my phone quitting on me. It wouldn’t turn on. I selected my device.

However, that site didn’t give me any information on how to contact Google, then I found this site . This website had support numbers for various countries. I called Google and got a helpful representative on the phone.

Either complete the installation process, or, restart the computer and try to connect it again. If you still get this error after the computer restart, see Troubleshoot connecting computers to the server for more information.” Continue reading

Error message “AMS360 client not installed” when using the browser to log in

Background: One of our customers was having display issues with Internet Explorer 10. I uninstalled the Internet Explorer 10 Windows Update and reverted back to using Internet Explorer 9. I made these changes and the display issue was fixed! A little while later I was informed that when trying to log into the web version of AMS360 the following box would pop up:

AMS360 Client Install Error

Troubleshooting: The AMS360 client was already installed but I decided I would reinstall the client. Didn’t help. Made sure the website was added to the Trusted Sites in Internet Explorer- it was. And as far as I knew all the .Net Framework was installed, since it had been Continue reading
