I upgraded a customer from a Windows XP to a Windows 7 computer today. The customer had a complaint, that once logged into AMS360 their toolbar (the one circled in red) would go missing.
I did some troubleshooting and found out that the toolbar was not missing, it was just invisible. In other words, the toolbar was there if you moused over it but you could not see the icons. Once I stumbled upon that information, I linked the issue to Internet Explorer 10.
I went into Internet Explorer and clicked on Tools (right hand corner). Next clicked Internet Options > Advanced. I then checked the box Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering.
I then clicked OK and restarted Internet Explorer. I then logged back into AMS360 and “Presto!” the toolbar was then visible. I hope this helps!
